If you're a running a small, service-based business on the side, you'll want to get smart about how you invest your time and energy. Today, I'll share with you 3 simple & practical strategies to ditch the overwhelm and reclaim your sanity: 1. Challenge the Status QuoQuestion everything, seriously. Are you doing things simply because “that’s how it’s always been done”? Be bold and allow yourself to experiment with unconventional approaches. Your situation & side hustle is unique, and your strategies should be too. 2. Identify Your Time VampiresWhich area of your business is consuming most of your time & energy? Once you’ve identified them, brainstorm alternative solutions that can still help you achieve the same business objective. Could you automate a process, delegate it to a freelancer or VA, or perhaps eliminate it altogether? Again - experiment, experiment, experiment. 3.
